What we collect
Account data includes a Google or Apple user identifier, display name, and avatar URL when supplied. Guests receive an anonymous identifier. Game data includes Coins and Dinar balances, match history, statistics, friends, and the 8-character friend code. Public chat messages include the sender identifier and display name. Clan membership, clan chat (seen by clan members, and by moderators checking for abuse), ratings, tiers, streaks, missions and achievements are stored with the account; display name, clan, rating and tier appear on public leaderboards. Firebase Analytics records product usage such as sign-in, screen views, and match start or end. Firebase Performance Monitoring records app start-up time and how long server requests take, with device type, app version and country.
Advertising
On mobile you can choose to watch a rewarded video ad from Google AdMob for bonus Coins; AdMob may use your device advertising identifier. To measure our own ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X, this site stores the ad click identifier in a first-party cookie for 90 days and loads those platforms' pixels. When you create an account we keep that click identifier with it and tell the ad platform that a sign-up, and later your first finished match, happened, sending a hashed email, your IP address, and your browser type so it can match the conversion to its ad. The mobile apps also carry the measurement kits of Meta and TikTok: they tell that platform about the install, the sign-up, your first finished match, and purchases, and use your device advertising identifier only where your device allows it. We do not sell personal data.
How KoutBH uses data
KoutBH uses data to run matchmaking and games, maintain balances and statistics, operate friends and public chat, prevent abuse, and understand feature use.
Storage and retention
Game records are stored in Cloud Firestore in me-central1. Firebase Authentication and Firebase Analytics process account and usage data. Public chat and clan chat messages expire after about 7 days. Account and game data stays while the account exists.
Your choices
You may change your language, sign out, or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes the profile, wallet, purchases made with Coins or Dinar, VIP status, statistics, friend links, clan membership, your chat messages, and per-match player data. Records of real-money purchases and refunds, and the log of moderation actions, are kept after deletion for fraud prevention and accounting. Children and changes
KoutBH is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes appear in the app.
