What we collect
Account data includes a Google or Apple user identifier, display name, and avatar URL when supplied. Guests receive an anonymous identifier. Game data includes COINS and MONEY balances, match history, statistics, friends, and the 8-character friend code. Public chat messages include the sender identifier and display name. RevenueCat and the app stores process purchase events. KoutBH does not receive card or payment details. Firebase Analytics records product usage such as sign-in, screen views, and match start or end.
How KoutBH uses data
KoutBH uses data to run matchmaking and games, maintain balances and statistics, operate friends and public chat, process purchases, prevent abuse, and understand feature use. KoutBH does not use third-party advertising.
Storage and retention
Game records are stored in Cloud Firestore in me-central1. Firebase Authentication and Firebase Analytics process account and usage data. RevenueCat processes purchase records. Public chat messages expire after about 7 days. Account and game data stays while the account exists. Financial records stay for the period required by law.
Your choices
You may change your language, sign out, or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes the profile, wallet, statistics, friend links, and per-match player data. Public chat follows its automatic 7-day deletion cycle. Contact support for an access or deletion request.
Children and changes
KoutBH is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes appear in the app.
